El Connect is a leading on-demand jobs platform in Singapore, connecting jobseekers with over 2,900 employers including McDonald's, Hilton, ST Engineering, and Ninja Van. Evolution Media Tech contributed to the web experience that powers job discovery — from category-based search and gig listings to employer job-posting flows. The interface was built to handle a high volume of daily job listings while staying simple enough for jobseekers to search, filter, and apply within seconds, directly supporting a platform that has listed over 147,000 jobs and served more than 104,000 jobseekers.
Project Summary
El Connect operates in a fast-moving segment of the gig economy where jobseekers expect to find and apply for work within minutes. Evolution Media Tech focused on making the platform's search, filtering, and listing experience as frictionless as possible — from category filters for cleaning, F&B, logistics and more, to real-time job counters that build trust with new visitors. We also worked on the employer-facing side of the platform, making it simple for businesses to post roles and reach verified jobseekers quickly, supporting El Connect's growth to over 2,900 partner companies.
